Not in most cases: Childrens health insurance plan ( chip) rarely will cover braces or invisalign clear correctors.

Probably not: Chip was designed as a government "safety net" program. That said, is there a dental school in hour area with an orthodontic department in your area? They may be able to help.

Unlikely: It depends on the state, but at least here in colorado chp does not cover. I have never heard of medicaid or chp covering invisalign anywhere, but maybe braces as noted.
