When does the embryo start to show up on an vaginal ultrasound before a woman should start to worry?

6-8 weeks: Other signs of a pregnancy (gestational sac then yolk sac) can be seen slightly earlier, but seeing a fetal pole, yolk sac and sometimes cardiac fluttering confirms a viable pregnancy.
