Too early: You can see a lot at 5 weeks EGA: you can definitely see a gestational sac and you would likely see a yolk sac. It would be incredibly rare to see a fetal pole (baby) at 5 weeks, so 99% you would definitely miss an embryo at 5 weeks. I'm curious: are you actually 46 years old?
