Sleep: Waking early and unable to get back to sleep can be symptom of depression. (Not being able to fall asleep is more typical of anxiety.) Please see your doctor for a check up to make sure nothing physical is going on such as a hormonal imbalance. Consider what might be stressing you and see a clinical psychologist for support.
