Some basics: Snoring and chronic fatigue are 2 symptoms related to sleep apnea. With sleep apnea your body has extended breathing pauses when your body tries to enter deep sleep.Your body safety mechanisms pull you out of this, leading you to a failure to get restorative deep sleep time although you are asleep.Have a sleep study done &it will likely change life for the better. Various treatments are available

Sleep apnea: Please see primary care doctor to arrange for sleep study. If you do indeed have sleep apnea, treatment will allow you to have restorative sleep which will improve your quality of life. If the test is negative and you just snore, there are still many things that can be done to improve snoring and help everyone sleep better.

Weight: If you are even slightly overweight, lose weight; easier said than done, but you need to do that for your health.
