"Costochondritis": You may have a condition called costochondritis which is an inflammation of the lining of the rib cage and sternum. The cause is generally unknown, possibly due to a virus, but the condition is usually self-limited, meaning it should eventually subside. See your family doctor if the pain doesn't improve. Anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen may help reduce the pain.

Costochondritis: It is most probably costochondritid which is inflammation of thd cartilage where ribs connect to sternum and that can cause pain when you press sternum and move your shoulders and on deep breathing. You should consult your doctor to confirm if this is what is causing your symptoms and if so you will need some anti inflammatory meds to treat the inflammation.
