SOB: You are a young female. What you are describing is something described as pleurtic chest pain. This being cardiac in origin would be unlikely. The shortness of breath can be secondary to 1) Pulmonary Embolism 2) Small spontaneous pneumothorax 3) Musculoskeletal chest pain 4) If you are truly SOB would recommend to seek medical help. A chest Xray could help rule out #2 and a ddimer #1 then NSAID
