On 60 mg of Inderal (propranolol) for migraine. Have daily chest pain that radiates to my left arm, jaw, throat esp. when Inderal (propranolol) wears off. What could this be?
I have had a migraine for 4 days! pain in on life side all the way down to my neck and now have wooshing sound, my heartbeat in my right ear.

My neurologist put me on Propranolol (10mg) for migraine prevention for one week, then had me increase the dosage the next week to 20mg. Just curious as to how long it will take for it to help with migraine prevention?
