I take brown clenil 100 a few mnths a year and can sometimes use salbutmol 100 3x a week in evening but could i take propranolol 25mg twice a day like gp advised before for migraine aura to help in the risk of stroke ?although healthy bmi non smoker.

Beta blockers: in asthma patients aren't advisable,some beta blockers are selective and don't affect lung function, however propranolol isn't, the dose you are on is bit large, also the drug lingers in your system longer than others, several days after you stop using it. Given your condition, you need to be seen by a neurologist for alternative management of your migraine that won't affect your adthma, goodluck
