Have treated literally hundreds of migraine patients and due to the nasty side effects of both drugs, stopped using them years ago. Somewhat puzzled as to why the far better-tolerated CGRPs are not mentioned. Get a second opinion.

I have chronic migraines. I have tried various preventatives ( topamax, (topiramate) propranolol, amitriptyline, etc) and none work. What would you suggest next.
Tried amytiptline , CGRPs , proprananol topamax and candersatan for severe constant migraine . Amyriptline took edge off but side effects too bad and eventually didnt work . Also tried Botox and nerve blocks . Any others with tolerable side effects?
