Thyroid/inderal: The Propranolol should help while the thyroid level gradually decreases. When you get to euthyroid levels, you may be able to decrease or stop the propranolol.

Beta blocker: Propanolol is a beta-blocker and one of it's major functions is to lower the heart rate regardless of the cause. I think it will help.
