Physical therapy: You can do yourself but it's much easier to see a physical therapist to found the exercise for your problem. Than do them consistently.

Cause first : It depends on the cause. For example, if due to muscle spasm, then it could likely be helped. If due to scoliosis, would be harder to do. In your case, if it is truly due to poor posture, you need to address that first and loss of lordotic curvature should correct.
