I got degenerative discs in neck probably have pressing against nerve i feel all way down hand is there any options to fix it other then surgery ?

Several options may be chosen. 1. A course of physical therapy with motorized cervical traction, 2. Ongoing McKenzie Neck Exercises, 3. Epidural steroid injections at the site of nerve root compression, 4. Over time, ruptured discs may dry out and shrink, but it could take up to 9-10 months.
