Minimize sun : Exposure, wearing shades when you're outdoor, staying active, and eating fruits and veggies. Go see the ophthalmologist for any visual symptoms -blurring , sudden eye pain or loss of vision or redness. Bless u :).

Good health: Good general health is good for eye health. Exercise and eating a balanced diet, perhaps supplementing with a multivitamin, along with uv protection sunglasses is all i would recommend, unless you have a particular eye disease/disorder.
