Yes: Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and collards are excellent ingredients to add to a smoothie. Oranges or other citrus too. Adding omega 3 in the form of flax seeds or chia seeds have beneficial effects for eye health. Glaucoma is best controlled under the care of your ophthalmologist and being compliant with your drops.
