Fibromyalgia : Fibromyalgia is a "problem" that is defined as an amplification of pain , so pain or any stimulus anywhere that involves an area that has that "fibromyalgia", will amplify the stimulus and the sensation will be " enlarged" made " bigger" that will include joint pains , muscle aches or any stimulus.

Probably fibro: It sound as if fibromyalgia is correct but i would suggest an opinion with a rheumatologist.
