Who's taking care of all of this now? My reaction is that your need to have doctors who cooperate and collaborate on your care. A rational multidisciplinary approach will yield the best results. Also, there are fibromyalgia support groups. They will help you feel less isolated with your condition and they may be able to offer the "tips" you're looking for.

Having had numerous experiences with erroneous diagnoses of fibromyalgia, when patients had different answers, such as small fiber neuropathy, or reflex sympathetic dystrophy instead, I would urge visits to a neurologist to fully confirm your diagnosis. Duloxetine is appropriate intervention, but pregabalin might work more effectively. This is a complex and often challenging area.
