Depends: It is argueable that a psa is more sensitive for prostate cancer, and a colonoscopy is more sensitive for cancer. If both are ordered, your doctor may feel this will be more than enough. Urine testing is also not usually recommended any more for screening assymptomatic, low-risk individuals. In the age of evidence-based medicine, we have to be sure we are following evidence not tradition.

Inadequate visit: New dr. Should perform a complete physical because previous dr may have missed or neglected something. Skin should be checked for moles etc. Dre should certainly be done and dr should have listened to your chest and palpated your abdomen. Urine should also have been checked by dipstick to rule out proteinuria, diabetes and microhematuria. Its called preventative medicine. Consider another dr.
