No: There are not any routine substance tests that are performed at a physical, or check up. If you have a court appointed examination within the legal process, there may be testing required, or for hiring for some workplaces. But at this time, for a free individual maintaining their own liberties, there will not be any tests performed without your knowledge or consent.
