Diabetes: The blood glucose level is highly variable depending on diet and how hungry you are. The glucose in your your indicates overloading of glucose in the urinary tract which results from too much glucose at one time being filtered from your blood. This happens in diabetic patients and is an indication that you may have diabetes even though your blood sugar last time you checked was 88.
