No: It is very illegal for anyone to test you for HIV without your consent and/or a very good reason.

No: The HIV test must be ordered separately unless you had bloodwork specifically to check for all std's but even then HIV tests are ordered separately. Most places have you sign a paper that you are agreeing to have the test for HIV but that varies by state. If you are concerned, call whomever ordered the tests and ask if HIV is being checked and if not, request it - you may need more blood drawn.
