I fingered a lady on1/7/21.on 2/7/21,we went forhiv test and she tested positive.i took hiv pcr test at 3months,it turned negative.elisa test at5 and 6 months still negative.several hivrapid test,last done 8/9/2022 a year plus.is it conclusive?no sex?

That sounds conclusive, specifically in mentioned circumstances with the risk of transmission negligible, unless having active (bleeding) wounds on the finger.
