If you don't have HIV yourself, unprotected sex is dangerous for you, and with inconsistent treatment, her viral load could be still higher by now. You should have no sex with her; or if you must, use condoms. Her CD4 count was still pretty good, but I hope you and her doctors can get her back on track. Intermittent Rx risks drug resistant virus, making her HIV even harder to treat. Good luck!
