Infection: It could be related to your wisdom teeth or it could be a sinus infection. See your doctor for antibiotics.

I have a few cyst from on my wisdom down to my fang tooth.Also a feeling something stuck under tounge on the same side.The cysts are also painless and moveable.Could this be an infection? or more likely cancerous?
