I have a few cyst from on my wisdom down to my fang tooth.also a feeling something stuck under tounge on the same side.the cysts are also painless and moveable.could this be an infection? or more likely cancerous?

Oral Lesions: It is doubtful that these lesions ar cysts, which are fluid filled sacks. Without an exam with radiographs it is hard to determine if you have periodontal issues. I am concerned about a swelling under your tongue. If an infection, this could easily spread down your throat into your chest, or a rapid increase in size could block your airway. Please be seen ASAP to determine the cause and care.
