My jaw pops when i open close it and eyes blurry and have pulsatile tinnitus with perforated eardrums and stiff neck eyes seem to be getting worse?

Multiple causes: Based on the information you provided i would speculate on more than one cause for the symptoms. For instance the jaw pop may not be causing the tinnitus. It could be coincidental because many people have jaws that pop. You'll need to find a dentist to help you sort it out.
