Perforated eardrums: There is plenty to do. First, though, the headaches and neck pain are probably not necessarily related to the perforated ear drums or the pulsatile tinnitus. The tinnitus & perforated ear drums may be related as a hole in the ear drum as big as you describe likely is causing a conductive hearing loss. This means that the missing ear drum is the cause of not hearing well. The holes can be fixed.
