I'm not sure I understand what you mean by an "eye blinking spasm" As for the rest of your symptoms if you have congestion then I'd guess you've caught a cold. If this all happened suddenly after twisting your neck or straining your jaw, then yes, it could be a pulled muscle though I would expect that most of your symptoms would have already resolved by the time you read this.
