I : I can understand your concern. I am hoping you have had a complete ENT evaluation. If these are new symptoms, then with the feeling in your right ear that is pulsatile, and with neck stiffness then you need to be seen as an emergency. If you have already had imaging studies of your head (mri or ct), and have had evaluation, then you need a complete ENT (otolaryngologic) evaluation. There are your treatments in your condition.
