I can't sleep , think a lot about job.i am in final year , finally manai to sleep around 4am.what to do ?

Sleep hygiene: You need periodic times to reduce your stress .You need excercise and relaxation techniques like breathing exercise, yoga& etc. Avoid coffee, day time naps or even laying in bed when you not sleeping. Try a good meal at supper and hot shower before going to bed . Seek help if condition persist.
