Fitness: Vegetarians and the fitness culture often run together. Hit the gym hard, including resistance training. You want lean muscle. Creatine and (if okay with your doctor) an electronic muscle stimulator can work wonders for you. Be sure you are getting enough protein; supplements are available, if whey's off-limits there's soy. Many women prefer a lean, sinewy man. Good luck.
