Weight Gain: Weight training three times a week, fatiguing muscle groups plus regular aerobic exercise should help with weight gain. Supplement with one or two rice protein drinks per day, try to obtain at least 15 to 20 grams of protein in each drink. Consult a nutritionist if this does not seem to work as you may need to monitor your diet more closely. Best wishes.
