3 charges: Surgeon, location, anesthesia. The surgeon is usually the cheapest. He/she should give u a discount. Depends on the mass but could be from 150$ to 500$. Then there is a fee for the surgicenter/office which includes supplies and local anesthesia 400-800$ and finally, if you need sedation, an anesthesiologist 400-800. In the office, under local anesthesia is the cheapest.

Depends.: On size, location, and each doctor's individual fee schedule. Find a few doctors who do not charge a consultation fee and see what the cost estimates are for surgical removal. A general surgeon or plastic surgeon would be the best at this. Cost are more in california than in the upper midwest. I'd guess about $1000 but without an exam impossible to say.
