Can i have cholecystectomy and lipoma on lower back removed at same time?

Yes, but...: ...It may not be worth the trouble. Doing this would require "flipping" the patient with a breathing tube in place under general anesthesia, which adds some risk (and a lot of time) to the operation. If the lipoma is otherwise small and could be removed under local anesthesia, i would recommend that.

Combined surgery: A cholecystectomy and a back lipoma removal could conceivably be done during the same anesthesia...But at increased risk. To do a surgical procedure on the front and then to have to rotate the patient over causes increased anesthesia risks. I suggest you discuss the options with your surgeon.

Maybe: There is usually no specific reason you could not have them done at the same time. Ask your surgeon, Some surgeons would prefer not to do them at the same time. It would be best to discuss this with your surgeon,
