What do you recommend if i have a large lipoma on my back near the spine, can this foul smell be coming from this, for about 2 yrs.?

Have it removed: Generally, large lipomas are best removed to resolve or prevent symptoms or to rule out malignancy (unlikely). Unless the lipoma is infected or the overlying skin is broken down, there should be no odor from a lipoma.
