Hello i get infections on my calves from time to time randomly they come and go i pop them when puss is visible why do i keep getting infections.

Reinfection: You are reinfecting your self when you pop your pimples. Take warm soapy baths with 3-4 tbls of bleach to the water twice a day. In addition get an antibiotic ointment and apply to your nostrils several times daily.
