Med eval: Please, please, please -get this medically checked! it sounds as if it is infected. You may need tetanus. May need debridement. May need antibiotics.

See Dr.: I agree with dr. Fowler, you have all the constitutional symptoms of an infection, that needs probable i&d, with antibiotics and a dtap to be updated if need be.
