See the doctor: Don't treat yourself with an herbal diuretic. Not that there's anything wrong with herbal medicines. If you need a diuretic your kidney doctor will advise you so when you check in with them, soon please. You want to protect your transplant and have the foot swelling dealt with in a safe, effective way. Thanks for asking.
