Oedema/edema: in addition to a large number of cardiac renal liver causes there is a very long list of differential diagnoses to consider best evaluated by competent internal medicine practitioner supported by selective specialist consultation given your age and other supplied information

Pitting edema: Pitting edema, yes, is seen with CHF, COPD, pulmonary hypertension, right heart failure, liver impairment, kidney disease, particularly protein-losing kidney diseases with nephrosis, and with venous insufficiency of legs. See your PCP to be assured all of the above have indeed been ruled out; venous exam with doppler ultrasound is needed next - work with your PCP - referrals will be done as needed
