My bun is 28 from my blood test i just got back any i only have 1 kidney. should i be concerned? also my right leg and feet/ ankles have been swelling?

The BUN reflects how hydrated you are. I am not sure where you live but if the weather is hot, it would be better to drink more water. Swelling in ankles and feet can be from numerous things, so it would be best to be assessed by a doctor, likely followup with the doctor who ordered the labs. The other lab tests such as GFR and creatinine tell more how your kidney is finctioning.
