See a hand surgeon: This can be a very difficult injury to recover from. There are many variables in determining the best option. First off, how old is the injury? These are amenable to surgical repair acutely. If this is an older injury, then there are other surgical options such as capsulodesis and/or ligament reconstruction. If it is a chronic injury, then simple supportive care may be the best option.

See a hand doc: There are several options here that depending on exam and x-ray will determine how to proceed. Good luck.
