Not really: Nasal bleeding is common in winter months when the nose is more likely to, dry out or with viral cold or allergy inflammation. Tumor would present with bleeding from one side, nasal blockage. Try cleansing nose with saline followed by sesame or ponaris oil drops. If not better after a couple weeks then see ent.
