Nose bleed: If there is a blood clot when you blow your nose, you are bleeding from somewhere inside your nose. Winter time is the most common time for nose bleeds because it is usually drier during the winter. Use some saline spray in your nose to moisten things. This is a good start and may get this problem to resolve. Best of luck
