Everytime i blow my nose there small amounts of blood and also small blood clots why is this?

Elevated pressure: When you blow your nose, you increase your intracranial pressure including in your nose. In your your nose, you have some blood vessels near the surface that can rupture due to these abrupt increases in their pressure producing nose bleeds.
