Maybe, but...: ...More likely due to the seasonal dry air catching up with your nose this year--it dries out and cracks the mucosa inside nose, and once just deep enough, tends to keep re-bleeding. Antibiotic ointment on cotton swab to inside of nostril a few times a day should help a lot in just 2-3 days. Should also check your blood pressure, to be extra safe. If high or no change in 4-5 days, see your dr.
