Depends...: Not knowing your age, medical condition, medications............at this time of year, it is dry nasal mucosa related bleed. If you are on ASA hold it. If allergy hx...take Loratadine, Nasonex, (mometasone) Singulair. Using a dab of antibiotic ointment in a Q tip, applying inside nostril at bed time, hydrating yourself, taking Vit C will help.
