Dr. referring me to hematologist instead of gi dr. after ct-scan found enlarged periaortic lymph nodes? ulcer like symptoms for 3yrs. blood tests norm. dr. says i don't hv stomach problems. sound right?

Your DR may be : Suspecting lymphoma - a tumor of the lymph glands. Hopefully , i'm wrong

Yes, it is right: Your problem is in the abdomen( it is not the real stomach) but it is the enlarged lymph nodes which your dr. Is worried about. An oncologist/hematologist can find out the cause of these nodes and make a proper diagnosis. So proceed and see a specialist who deals with enlarged lymph nodes to make sure it is not cancer affecting the lymph nodes( it is called a lymphoma).
