Lightheadedness: The symptoms sound serious. How do you know you don't have ulcer but have "acidity". If there is acidity, why are you not taking any antacids? Your description of pain relieved with fetal position is suggestive of peritonitis or perforated ulcer but you claim to have had a full work up which is negative. Do you have history of anxiety or psychiatric disorders? Return to your doctor.
