Enlarged lymph nodes: You can eat anything you want. If you have pain that feels like heartburn stay away from caffeine, chocolate, alcohol or anything that makes you feel bad. There are many causes for enlarged para aortic lymph nodes. Depending on the size and location different etiologies should be considered. Correlation with blood tests, physical exam and possible biopsy or pet scan should be considered., .
