what are treatments for pancreatitis? my doctor said i have this, so he put me on the paleo diet. i think o want to get a second opinion though.

Pancreatitis.: Treatment is to fix the cause causing pancreatitis. Removal of gall badder if it is due to gall stones or stop drinking alcohol if due to alcohol.

I would give the paleo diet a try for 4-6 weeks before removing vital organ!

Also can be caused by severe hypertriglyceridemia.
